Upload the Selfie You'd Like to Paint
Upload your selfie and add it to your cart. If you are reserving for multiple people, upload and add each selfie to your cart individually. Repeat the process until all attendees have been added and your cart is ready for checkout.

Approval Process
Once your reservation is complete, we will begin preparing your selfie(s) for the event. You will receive an approval email within 24–48 hours to review and approve your selfie(s) before we proceed to production.

Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our process, reservations become non-refundable once your selfie(s) have been approved. Refund requests may be submitted before approval. If you are unable to attend, we will hold your paint kit(s) and arrange for pickup at a later date.

Arrive for Your Event
Arrive on the date and time you selected during checkout. Doors will open 30 minutes before the paint party begins. Since the painting experience is self-paced, late arrival is not an issue.

Take It Home if Needed
If you do not finish your painting during the event, no worries! Our paint kits are designed so you can easily pack up your materials and take them home to finish at your own pace.

Each seat comes with the following:

1 Premium Pre-drawn wrapped canvas
1 Reference image of your painting
1 Number coded paint set
1 Paint brush set
1 table easel
1 apron

Price: Per seat.

Ages 18 and up.

Canvas Dimensions: 16" x 20" (width × height) and 0.65" thick — the industry-standard sip-and-paint size, perfect for date nights and group events.

Selfie Image: Limited to one self-portrait per image. (We may crop your image to achieve the best possible results.)

Image Quality Matters: Please upload a clear, high-resolution image. Avoid screenshots, blurry photos, or heavily filtered images, as the quality of your paint kit depends on the quality of the image provided. If your image does not meet our requirements, we will contact you to request a replacement.

Customer Approval Required: Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof of your painting via email for review and approval.

48-Hour Auto-Approval Policy: If we do not receive your approval within 48 hours of sending the approval email, your reservation will be automatically approved and production will continue to prevent delays.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Because each paint kit is custom-made from your photo, reservations that have been approved by you or automatically approved due to no response—cannot be canceled and are not eligible for refunds.

Unable to Attend? If you cannot attend your reserved paint party date, we'll coordinate a convenient time for you to pick up your paint kit(s) at a later date.

Photography, Video Recording & Media Release: Selfie Paint Party events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded for marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, and business purposes.

By purchasing a ticket and attending a Selfie Paint Party event, you acknowledge and agree that your image, likeness, voice, artwork, completed painting, and participation may appear in photographs, videos, livestreams, social media posts, advertisements, promotional materials, websites, email marketing, and other media created by Selfie Paint Party.

You understand that no compensation, royalties, or additional notice will be provided for the use of such content.

Attendance at a Selfie Paint Party event constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and recorded, and grants Selfie Paint Party permission to use such content for promotional and business purposes.
