Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because each paint kit is custom-made from the photo you provide, reservations are eligible for cancellation and a full refund only before your painting proof has been approved.
Once you approve your digital proof, production begins and your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
To help prevent delays, all painting proofs require customer approval before production. If we do not receive your approval within 48 hours of sending the approval email, your reservation will be automatically approved and production will continue.
Reservations that are approved by you or automatically approved due to no response are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
If you are unable to attend your reserved paint party date, your reservation will not be refunded. However, we will coordinate a convenient time for you to pick up your completed paint kit(s) at a later date.
If your order is damaged, defective, or incomplete upon arrival to your event date, please contact us right away so we can review the issue and provide a solution.
