Selfie Paint Kits LLC (DBA Selfie Paint Party)
Order Processing
All paint kits are custom-made from the photo(s) provided by the customer.
Before production begins, customers will receive a digital proof via email for review and approval. Production will begin only after the proof has been approved or automatically approved according to our approval policy.
Customer Approval Process
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their digital proof promptly.
If we do not receive approval within 48 hours of sending the approval email, the proof will be automatically approved and production will continue to avoid delays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided at checkout is accurate and capable of receiving communications from Selfie Paint Party.
Estimated Delivery Dates
An estimated delivery date will be displayed on the product page and at checkout before your order is placed.
These estimated delivery dates are provided to help customers plan accordingly and are based on current production schedules and shipping transit times.
Production & Shipping Timeframes
Because each paint kit is custom-created, production and shipping timelines may vary depending on order volume, seasonality, holidays, and customer approval times.
Delays caused by late customer approvals may affect estimated delivery dates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.
Delays & Carrier Issues
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, Selfie Paint Party is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you discover an address error, please contact us immediately at support@selfiepaintparty.com. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment but cannot guarantee changes once production or shipping has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Selfie Paint Party is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, property managers, or the shipping carrier directly.
We will gladly assist customers in filing carrier claims when applicable.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with photos of the issue.
Upon review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement materials, replacement components, or a replacement paint kit.
Event & Reservation Orders
For paint party reservations and event-based orders, customers are responsible for placing orders early enough to allow sufficient time for proof approval, production, and shipping before the scheduled event date.
Selfie Paint Party is not responsible for delays resulting from late image submissions, delayed customer responses, approval delays, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
